We know that the chronic stress of modern life wreaks havoc on our health and overall well-being and, according to the 2019 Stress in America Survey,
stress among adults is rising at an alarming rate. This means that more Americans are walking around with high levels of the stress hormone, cortisol, which is linked to most diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and depression.
