Mindful Resilience and Post Traumatic Growth

From pandemics to protests, climate change to cancer we live in unpredictable, even traumatic times. And while we worry about post-traumatic stress from life’s challenges, the more likely outcome can be post-traumatic growth, greater insight, awareness, and resilience. Dr. Willard and the Mindful team have created this new course, inspired by neuroscience, anthropology, spirituality and more, integrating mindfulness, self-compassion, and the wisdom of recovery programs. The course guides you through various contemplations and powerful practices for daily life to help you emerge from adversity stronger and more empowered than ever.

This course can be helpful for those working with any level of trauma or adversity, even just the difficult days that we are encountering as we move into the 21st Century.

The course is broken down into sections that explore:

  • The neuroscience of post-traumatic growth (PTG)
  • Mindful management of your body, brain, and relationships
  • Concrete ways to overcome helplessness and empower yourself and community

Take your time, return again and again, and most of all listen to your body as you move through this journey.
