Welcome!

In this course, you'll be introduced to the basics of mindfulness by some of the best teachers and experts in the field, and guided through 30 days worth of mindfulness instruction and guided meditation.

Exploring themes of change, identity, and purpose, these practices will help you reflect on the ways you experience emotions and take care of yourself.

The course includes an introduction from Mindful's founding editor, Barry Boyce, as well as modules from a variety of mindfulness teachers, each of whom offers four meditations. Enjoy these practices that you can return to again and again.
