About Mindful and UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center
Cultivating Forgiveness: Letting Go to Find Inner Freedom is a collaboration between Mindful and the Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) at the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA).
Mindful is North America’s most authoritative and popular voice on the topic of mindfulness. As publishers of Mindful magazine and mindful.org, with an audience of around 2 million people every month, we lead the world in creating trusted, evidence-backed content related to mindfulness, meditation, self-compassion, and related approaches to well-being. Our work helps people build resilience, cultivate confidence and creativity, reduce stress and anxiety, and enjoy more positive relationships to themselves and others. In addition to our website and magazine, we offer video courses, specialized online events, custom content creation, and other services related to mindfulness.
