When does the course start and finish?

The course launches on October 28, 2019. The course content will be available starting on that date. There's no end date - it is a completely self-paced online course. You decide how quickly to proceed and when to finish.

How long do I have access to the course?

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with the course, contact us in the first 30 days after purchase and we will give you a full refund.

Having password issues?

To reset your password, go to and click "Login" in the top menu bar. On the Login page, you'll see a link for "Forgot Password." Enter the email address you signed up with, and then select "Send Me Instructions." You should then get an e-mail with instructions to complete the change you need to make.

Signed up with the wrong email address?

If you entered an incorrect email address or made a typo when you signed up, please contact us for assistance at [email protected]. We'll need the name you used when signing up to locate your account and see what email is on file. You can then use that email address, including any typos, to log onto your account and update your email address with the correct one.

Want to change your email address?

To update your account's email address, log into your account and click on your profile icon in the top menu bar. Click on "Edit Profile" to reach your profile page. Click on the link "Edit Profile" that is adjacent to your email address and name. On this page, you can change your name, email address, or password. Click "Save" to update the changes.
